| Atherton International Club Refurbishment & Extensions | Current | Atherton International Club is currently undertaking a staged redevelopment and extension to the existing club facilities. The proposed works are broken up into 2 stages. Stage 1 included the new gaming room, DOSA, function room, refurbishment and inclusion of a new lounge area. During Stage 1 the upgrade included to existing services for Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Fire. Stage 2 included the refurbishment and extension of dining room to include the completion of Fire services for the increase of floor area. STP Consultants were engaged for the Design and Documentation as well as the reconfiguration of carparks and driveways to allow for increased building footprint in both stages. During the stages STP Consultants were faced with challenges which included the gaming room to remain operational throughout the build and we were required temporary power/data solutions to allow decanting of existing facility during Stage 1 building works. The extension consisted of two separate wings being House A and House B.
